El Viejon Seafood specializing in mariscos, a menu based on traditional seafood specialties from Sinaloa and Baja, including raw plates featuring scallops or chocolate clams, fiery aguachiles, and Ensenada-style fish and lobster tacos. To differentiate El Viejon from other mariscos spots, each dish has element of Asian flavor or ingredient, from daikon radish to sesame seeds to spicy oil made with peanuts and arbol chiles. Cooked to order at an interactive, fast-casual counter, the menu will also include build-your-own ceviche with a variety of sauces.
